We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

  • Email address — required for your account and to deliver availability alerts.
  • Phone number — optional, provided only if you choose to receive SMS or WhatsApp alerts.
  • Party size and date preferences — stored when you create watches to match you with relevant availability.

My Disney Experience connection

Evercay uses Disney's Friends & Family linking via My Disney Experience to connect your My Disney Experience account. This is a standard Disney feature that allows trusted contacts to view each other's plans. No Disney passwords are ever shared with or stored by Evercay.

What we don't collect

  • Payment card details
  • Disney login credentials
  • Location data
  • Browsing history

How your data is used

Your data is used solely to deliver availability alerts and Lightning Lane management services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Evercay:

  • AWS — cloud infrastructure for hosting, data storage, and email delivery.
  • Sentry — error monitoring to improve reliability. No personally identifiable information is sent.
  • PostHog — product analytics with anonymised, privacy-respecting event tracking.

Data retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Watches and alerts data is deleted upon request.
  • Availability state data (anonymous and aggregated) is retained for service improvement.

Your rights

  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time.
  • Export your data on request.
  • Opt out of analytics tracking.
